Our 2OS Stage 1 Kit uses our reinforced Steel Backed Copper Kevlar Organic friction material. This kit features a single diaphragm heavy-duty pressure plate with reinforced drive straps for increased durability. This kit maintains an OEM-like pedal feel and a smooth engagement. This Copper Kevlar organic reinforced sprung kit is engineered to support 10th Generation Civic 1.5L Turbo vehicles with up to full bolt ons and E85 utilizing the factory equipped turbocharger. Like all of our sprung kits, our Stage 1 kit features our fully enclosed spring retainers to help protect your investment from any springs popping out which can cause catastrophic damage to your transmission or engine as seen with competitors.
After each kit is assembled, it goes through multiple quality checks before it is signed off by one of our lead engineers (50+ years combined experience).
Break-in Procedure
500 street miles / Keep RPM's under 4500, no more than half-throttle, no boost (if applicable)
