Description

Action Clutch’s Stage 6 (2MD) Clutch Kit is the ultimate performance upgrade for racers. Made of high-quality, MIBA Ceramic 6 or 4 puck discs, this kit provides reliable clutch performance that stands up to even the most intensive use. Our heavy-duty pressure plate is designed with dual clamp load and reinforced drive straps, creating an extremely durable system that you can rely on. This kit is available in two configurations: 4 puck and 6 puck. The four puck configuration carries an increased level of aggressiveness over the six puck model for those seeking an even snappier engagement.

This Unsprung Stage 6 (2MD) clutch kit is engineered for mid range powered vehicles and creates a quick engagement. Please note, all ceramic puck style clutch kits will introduce some clutch chatter, which should be fairly minimal once proper break-in is completed.

At Action Clutch, every kit is quality checked by one of our experienced engineers (with over 60 years of collective experience) and signed off as safe before being released as a finished product. This gives you peace of mind knowing that your Action Clutch will perform consistently every time.

NOTE: Purchasing the wrong type of clutch kit for your specific engine power output can result in premature clutch failure, damage to the transmission and void warranty eligibility. If you’re unsure what kit is right for you, contact Action Clutch direct.

Proper break-in is required in order to retain product warranty, ensure longevity and holding capacity.

*Ceramic based clutch discs intend to increase the holding capacity and durability of the clutch as opposed to an increased life expectancy. Using a ceramic based material for easy street driving may contribute to premature wear of the clutch kit due to the harsher engagement and because of the higher tendency to slip the clutch in street driving.

DISCLAIMER: Using a clutch kit with an unsprung clutch disc on a stock or lightly modified power engine that is daily/street driven vehicle can break the rivets on the clutch disc hub. Unsprung clutch kits are not designed for daily/street use or any constant on/off engagement environment. This can be compared to running a marathon in sandals vs a proper running shoe. If you were to run the marathon ins sandals, you have no cushion or comfort and can cause injuries or wear you down faster than using proper running shoes.

*Increase in holding capacity is rated in Crank Torque, not Wheel Torque
